An Act Of May 12, 1933 Made All Coins And Currencies Of The United States Legal Tender And Eligible For Use As Reserve Against Such Deposits. Since That Date, Therefore, Cash Reserves Include Coins And Currency Not Previously Eligible For Such Use.
