Figures Are Published As Of The First Of Each Month, But Are Shown Here To Represent The Last Day Of The Preceding Month. Beginning In 1949, Stocks From Several Small Plants Treating Only Scrap Have Been Eliminated; Only Such Secondary Material As Is Treated In Primary Plants Is Included.
