Basis, J. Of C. Published Figures Refer To Rag And Wood Paper, While From 1898 On They Refer To Wood Paper. The 1890-1897 Data Were Reduced According To The Ratio January, 1898/December, 1897: 2.12 Divided By 2.62 Equals .8092.
