Prices Are Those Paid By Wholesale Jobbers To Manufacturers. Prices Are For Pipes With Inside Diameters Ranging From 3/8 Of An Inch To 6 Inches, Inclusive. For 1890-1917, Prices Are First Of Month Quotations; For 1918-1931, They Are The Daily Average Of Quotations; And For 1932-1939, They Are The Average Of Quotations As Of One Day Each Week.
